Factors affecting production.

Noise - a sound, especially one that is loud or unpleasant or that causes disturbance.
Distortion - the action of distorting or the state of being distorted.
Echo - a sound or sounds caused by the reflection of sound waves from a surface back to the listener.
File type - The kind of data stored in a file. Most modern operating systems use the file name extension to determine the file type though others store this information elsewhere in the file system.
File compression -  In computer science and information theory, data compression, source coding, or bit-rate reduction involves encoding information using fewer bits than the original representation.
Recording level - Amplifier output level required to secure a satisfactory recording.
